Makint it with Meslyn my Challenge!!!

Hey Guys,

Time for a new challenge with Making it With Meslyn & this time it was my choice - whats thats you're all screaming "NOOOOOOO" LOL honest I have a lovely challenge, I want to go easy & fun with girlie glitz, so yes thats lots of pinks, jewels, glitter, bling & flowers!!!

For my card my card stock is from paper mill, paper Papermania & My Minds Eye, Magnolia Tilda colored with Pro Markers, Martha Stewart Doily Heart border punch, swiss dot embossing folder, plain & scalloped circle nesties cut on cuttlebug, greeting printed from my PC, flowers from my stash & Martha Stewart frond branch punch.

I hope you will join in with your glirie cards - I cant wait to see what you make..... my card also fits into the Charisma Cardz pink challenge!!! xxx

From My Heart to Yours...

Afternoon All!

well we had 10 minutes of sunshine earlier - I can't tell you how excited I was lol!

I've been sat at my desk nearly all day & after 5 attempts I have made this card. I tried to keep it plain & simple & trying to get the punches to match up was the hardest bit BUT I finally managed to do it!

Card stock has been embossed with heart Cuttlebug folder & punched with Martha Stewart Doily Heart edge punch, this is my newest punch & I LOVE it!! Heart plain & scalloped nesties & Magnolia Tilda sent to me by the wonderful Nat, I colored Tilda with Pro Markers, greeting printed from PC (that was also a nightmare lol!!)

This card has been made to enter the following challenges:

Pro Markers Colors used: Skin Ivory & Dusky Pink, Hair Primrose & Vanilla, Top Pastel Blue Jeans Cornflower, Cone Sandstone, Hearts Blossom.

First Card of 2010

Afternoon Everyone,
I hope you are all well, I'm staying indoors until I HAVE to go to work I LOVE looking at the snow but don't like waiting for buses in it!! LOL

Here is my 1st card of 2010 & boy did I go OTT with the glitter on this one!! I have a friends special birthday coming up soon & she is so girlie I thought the glitter would be good, but have I over done it?

Card stock from the Paper Mill, paper by DCWV, Martha Stewart deep edge punch, Magnolia Tilda colored with Pro Markers, Papermania Just for You, plain & scalloped oval & circle nesties & oodles of stickles!!

Charisma Cardz Alter something...

.....what should I alter for the Charisma Cardz Challenge and I thought back to the post it not cover I made a few weeks back & remember my Gran saying "Oooooooh I'd like one of those" so as I am going to visit her tomorrow I thought let's make her one!

The above pic is what the note pad started off like, I got 4 for only £1 from the imag-e-nation shop in Newcastle.

And heres what it looks like now!!!! Much better I'm sure you'll all agree.

Purple paper from the paper mill shop, DP Daisy & Dandelion, Oval scalloped & plain nesties cut on Cuttlebug, Magnolia Tilad colored with Pro Markers & flower soft on lilacs, X-Cut flower punch, papermania jewel flower, fibres from my stash.

There's red, white & blue everywhere......

.............. and I LOVE IT!

As it's coming up to the 4th of July lots of challenges are having this theme & I'm pleased as these are some of my favourite colors and as my fave place is also the USA.

I used Edwin for a change and doesn't he just look soooooooo darn cute!!

I am entering this card into the ABC challenge where U is for United States. Three Clovers has the theme of red, white and blue and Charisma Cardz is buttons.

My card blank is craft tonic, card stock Core'dinations, Magnolia Edwin colored with Pro Markers, paper DCWV, buttons from my stash & greeting printed from my PC.

I am very upset today as yesterday I went to order the Magnolia Summer Club only to find I've missed it, I am sooooooooo upset as I've had a wee sneaky peak at them & they are so adorable.

A few challenges rolled into 1..

Good Morning Peeps! How are are we all today - well I hope, I am a bit gutted as I had planned on doing some outdoorsy things but as theres no sun here thats gone out the window! So I have deceided to join in a few challenges with this card I have made.

I have used the theme at Stamp Something which is black, white & 1 other color, I have used the sketch at Truly Scrumptious & at Charisma Cardz my card fits in well with the theme of anything goes!

My card blank is Craft tonic, card stock from paper mill, paper by HOTP, Core'dinations black magic card stock which has been embossed with cuttlebug swiss dots embossing folder & sanded so the pink color shows through, Papermania black jewels & best wishes stamp, flowers from my stash, x-cut flower punch & Magnolia Tilda with roses stamped in memento & colored with pro markers.

I'm off to find something else to do now so may see you all laters! x x

A star is born - Charisma Cardz

And isn't he a cute star - that 'lil Edwin!

Over at Charisma Cardz the challenge is a star is born - lets have stars everywhere.

Card blank is from my ever growing stash, card stock from the Paper Mill, paper which does has stars in the dots is by DCWV, Edwin by Magnolia colored with Pro Markers, star brad from my stash & "Celebrate" ribbon stamp by Hero Arts, which has stars inbetween the celebrate aswell!!

I think I have managed to fit in a fair few stars so YAY for me lol!!!

Off to watch Frasier then to zzzzzzz as work in the morning :(

Every girl should have a....

..... LBD!!

Over on the Charisma Challenge blog the challenge this week is Little Black Dress.

I just had to join in as every girl should have a favourite LBD - including Tilda!

Card blank is craft tonic, black & white pearl card stock from the paper mill, ribbon from my stash, Magnolia Tilda colored with pro markers, Divine swirl cuttlebug embossing folder, dovecraft "for you" stamp & papermania black gems!
