Red Gold & Green Tilda Creative Inspirations!

Hello & Good Morning - OMG I am sooo sorry this is my DT Card for Creative Inspirations I thought I had mastered the art of scheduling a post seams I havent LOL!

Our theme this week is Red Green & Gold so perfect to make Christmas Cards!!!
For my card I have used a Dovecraft gold card blank paper is Kaiser Craft & forever Friends, Star Tilda colored with Pro Markers & Ribbon from my stash, for the ovals I have cust with my nesties & on the cream oval I have used a Hero Arts Stars & Swirls stamp & embossed in gold. The photo is a bit naff - sorry the paper is lovely colores & the trees are glittery - just like they are outside!!!

How is everyone managing in the snow? I started work yesterday at 12noon, was supposed to be in there until 8pm, but the Metro Centre sent a message out at 5 to 6 saying buses were going off at 7pm, so we had to close early as the shop has to have more than 1 person in it!! LOL I got to the bus stop & the Queues were HUGE, there was noway I was gonna get on a bus when my work mate saw them he said "come with me I'll give you a lift" PHEW Disaster avoided!!!

Wooooooooooooooo hello Wednesday! How are we all today? I'm feeling good & a wee bit excited as I'm off to see Jedward tomorrow night!!! LOL I know why on earth am I doing tat but I think they are FUN!

Anyhow......before you all jump off my blog I'm here with my DT card for this weeks FABALOUS challenge at Creative Inspirations, this week we have a theme & I think you're all going to LOVE it as it is PINK Christmas!!!

For my card I used christmas pink papers from Dovecraft, x-cut & Cuttlebug snowflake dies, LOADS of stardust stickles & of course a SUPER cute Magnolia Tilda colored in Pro Markers!

Tilda is All White...

Hey All!

I said I would be back - but I don't think you would've guessed this quickly!! LOL So Tilda has finished drying & here she is, it took me AGES to color this image ROFL

I embossed white card with cuttlebug snowflakes embossing folder, plain & big scallped nestie as been glitterd round the edges, as has cuttlebug snowflake die cut & Tilda with bow was stamped in memento, I added some grey for shading then just went CRAZY with the star dust stickles!! Little greeting down the bottom is a clear 99p Dovecraft one - I LOVE those little sets!!

Good Morning Peeps!

Hope you're all well.....I'm up early can't sleep due to the fact I have a chest infection & keep coughing & splutering & plus I'm a little upset I was planning on going to the NEC today I was going down today ready to make te first day tomorrow but I haven't been able to make it.....next time for sure!!!

Ok a new Wednesday so a NEW challenge at Creative Inspirations & this week we have a challenge to make a shaker card!!

Now I've never made a shaker card before - so I think it turned out ok.....my card blank is 5x5, card stock rom paper mill, paper by Dovecraft, square scalloped nestie frame cut on Cuttlebug, Magnolia Sitting Angel Tilda stamped in memento & colored with Pro Markers, snowflakes punched with a small punch from my stash.

I'm also entering this in the Magnolia-licious Highlights Challenge as their theme is also Shaker Cards!

NEW Christmas Tilda's....

.....are starting to drop through my door & I love it!!
I had an idea to use this Tilda but I'm saving it for later on!

For this card I've used a 6x6 card blank, card from paper mill, paper by Dovecraft, X-Cut punch to punch snowflakes, Martha Stewart doily lace edge punch, ribbon from my stash, oval plain & scalloped nesies, white card as been embossed with snowflakes, Tilda has been colored wih pro markers & LOADS of Stardust stickles - EVERYWHERE!!!

I have a new card for today.....I've used my new card blanks I can't remember the name who their by & I'm gutted bout that as I really like them they are nice & thick..just like me Lol!! Card stock from paper mill, paper dovecraft, plain & scalloped circle nestie cut on Cuttlebug & Edwin holding present colored with pro markers, "comfort & joy" one of those little clear 99p sets..........I like them!

Honest Santa I've been good.....

Evening Folks,

I hope you're all well....I have been kept busy with this card today. Honest I feel like I'v been making it for about 2 years lol! I hate being blonde & getting distracted by the littlest thing...anyone else struggle with this??

Anyway back to my card......I've made it for the challenge on the Truly Scrumptious blog their challenge is a sketch with the added twist of an easel card...now I didn't really need an excuse to make an easel card as I do love them but I saw the sketch & didn't really love it at first but after looking at the DT work I thought this is one challenge I must do....so well done DT!! Lol

My card is 6x6 bigger than I normally make...but seens as it's Christmas why not.....card is from the Paper Mill the vintage christmas box, paper is Forever Friends cosy christmas, brads are dovecraft, corners have been embossed with cuttlebug swiss dots, & plain & scalloped ovals cut with nestabilities on cuttlebug, Magnolia Tila & Santa Edwin colored with pro markers.

When I first saw this Tilda I knew I wanted to have a greeting with something about being good.....and measuring it with the size of your arms as I used to do this for everything when I was little!!! I hope you all like my little card for today& can pop back to see me soon!

Sneaky Tilda.....I think she needs a new name!!

Evening All!

I am here tonight with a new card, made with my new favourite stamp, yes I'm saying that again lol this is Sneaky Tilda but honest I don't think she looks sneaky at all, she looks too darn cute if you ask me!!

For my card I have used Dovecraft Christmas Fancy paper which is delicious sweet pastel colors, Sneaky Tilda was colored with pro markers & MEGA loads of stardust stickles, ovals cut with nesties on my cuttlebug, x-cut snowflake punch with papermania jewel centres & dovecraft greeting stamped with stazon.

I am totally loving this Tilda she is definetly my next purchase as I don't own her yet I was just sent some images of her....

Spooky Birthday..

....Afternoon everyone! I hope you are all ok today? I got a wonderful surprise the other day I came home to find a parcel waiting for me, now I hadn't ordered anything so was very excitied to see what it was......my little email buddy Sandy has sent me a gorgeous Halloween collection of papers, dies cuts & even a Sweet November Stamp!!!! Now I have to make a birthday card for my work friend Rebecca, who celebrates her birthday on Halloween......

I have stamped the Witch in memento ink & colored her with pro markers, the paper is Nikki Sivils which I've never seen before but it is gorgeous, the colors are so bright & the patterns are lovely....I've distressed the edges of the card with my distressing tool, dovecraft happy birthday stamped in Stazon grey, ribbon from my stash, silver ice stickles all round the edge of the card & the little witches cat was one of the die cuts Sandy sent, isn't she a cutie!!! I can't get a good pic of the back but I have the Magnolia Spiderweb on the back of the card.

I'm off to try & make some more cards but don't know if I will manage it as I'm off to the Tyne Theatre to see Sarah Millican tonight......a free comedy night how good?!?! LOL See you all soon!

Magnolia Christmas Scene...DT Card Creative Inspirations

Good Morning!

A new Wednesday is here with us today....I am up & getting ready for work booooo but not too bad as I am off tomorrow woooo!!

I am here today with my DT card for Creative Inspirations, this weeks challenge is to use 2 or more stamped images, & what was more perfect than masking! I stamped Tilda first then the window & then the scenery, it's all been colored with pro markers & glitter with diamond stickles. My paper is BO Bunny ( I love this paper!!) ribbon is from my stash, charm from the works & Dec 25th Stamp by dovecraft stamped in memento & cut with plain & scalloped nesties.

My card also fits into the ABC D = Distressing challenge & also the All that Scraps Magnolia Scene challenge

ABC Christmas Challenge S is for...

....Santa!
Afternoon Blogland! I've been trapped indoors this weekend. The junior great North Run goes right past my flat, there's barriers put up & it's hard to get out & then you have to start climbing....well not good when your a shop-a-holic like me....plus this year it was all on the BBC so don't think the British public wanna watch me climb over barriers LOL

As I've been stuck in......(which has been a good thing as the weather is naff) I've been making cards, I thought I'd get a start on my Christmas cards. Some I can't show you just yet..... but the card I'm sharing with you now is for the ABC Christmas Challenge & this weeks theme is S for Santa but no red allowed! Now this was hard for me as I love Christmas & the tradition of it all Santa should be red.....but I must admit he does look good in blue!!!

For my card I used card stock from the paper mill, paper is Forever Friends, Magnolia Santa colored with Pro Markers, cut with Nesabilities label 1 die, Diamond stickles round the edge & Dovecraft "Santa was here" stamp, the stars are a punch that I have in my stash.....no idea where it came from sorry!!!

I bought a Wire in the Blood Boxset from here a few weeks back 14 discs - OMG I'm in my element.....I love Robson Green in this, it plays it so well so it's on repeat........so I'm watching Dr Tony Hill & Christmas crafting all day long........might be back later with more creations! x x x

Making it With Meslyn....

.....Good Morning!!!!!
OMG I can't believe it's 08.32 & I am up & awake & I don't start work 'til 1pm! It's not raining so thats a bonus start to the day but I suppose there's still time LOL

My card to share with you today is for the challenge at Making it with Meslyn....it was my choice of a theme this time & I'm finally starting to think about my Christmas cards so I thought this would give me a boost! My theme is Christmas!

For my card I have used a card blank from my stash, paper by Bo Bunny (isn't it gorgeous!!), The winter forest & little Edwin are both stamps by Magnolia, they have both been colored with Pro Markers. Edwin is mine & my new blogging/email buddy Corinne sent me the Winter's Forest image. THe greeting is a little clear Dovecraft stamp which I bought from the Paper Mill for 99p! There was about 5 on a sheet bargain eh?!?! I stamped in Memento & cut out using plain & scalloped nesties on my Cuttlebug.

Now I don't often say this but I like my little Edwin card as I think he's perfect for a male Christmas card - what do you think??? I hope you will all pop over to our blog & join in with us as this theme is so open anything Christmassy will fit right in, see you over here!!!

Ballerina Tilda my new Fave!!!

Well I've been keeping Mr Postie busy and yesterday he brought me some goodies - my new Fairytale Magnolia's!!!! When I first saw them the 1 I knew I HAD to have was ballerina Tilda & thats why I inked her up 1st!

I normally add what markers I've used but I can't remember as I colored these at about 12.30 lol!!!! Hope you're all well & having fun, I'm gutted I went to buy New Moon today & it was £14 in HMV & WH Smiths - so I'm waiting until I go to work tomorro only £8 in Asda :D

White, Yellow & Green

Evening! Sorry I'm late with my post today, it's been a mad day at work & I needed to de-stree before I could log on, I can not for the life of me get scheduled posts to work!!!

Anyway it's still Wednesday which means a brand new challenge at Creative Inspirations & this week we have a color challenge & as spring is nearly here we have a lovely fresh springy combination white, yellow & green!!!!

For my DT card I went with the pastel options of the colors card stock from paper mill, green vine paper forever friends & bee card made by stamping magnolia bees all over!! Magnolia tilda with bee colored with pro markers & dovecraft happy birthday greeting.
