Tilda with Snowflakes - which one do you prefer?

Hey Peeps!

How are we all today? I feel better but still sneezing.....so fingers crossed this is me on the mend! I have 2 cards to share with you this morning...I had an idea in my head & I made the 2nd card on this post first....it didn't really come out how I'd like so I had a 2nd go at it....and I MUCH prefer the 2nd attempt........what do you think??

This is the 2nd attempt, I used a scalloped card blank, card stock from paper mill, white card & blue scalloped frame have been embossed with Cuttlebug snowflakes embossing folder. Sentiment is a stamp by Hero Arts & snowflakes are cut with an X-Cut punch and covered with Stardust stickles with jewels in the centre.

This is the first attempt card stock from paper mill, embossed with snowflakes embossing folder, sentiment is one of those FABBY 99p sets & X-Cut snowlakes again covered with stickles!!(Of Course!!)
I like the 2nd attempt best as I like Tilda's ress better being all white, & I like the smaller frame, like I say I'd like to know which one you prefer......

I'm entering this into the Just Magnolia Anything Goes Challenge.

Mermaid Tilda

Afternoon All!

I do hope I find you all well today well today has finally been my day off - woooooo & guess what I was awake MEGA early at 07.30!!! I couldnt get back to sleep so got up & have spent today with Bruce Willis in his white Vest popping up all over the USA lloking mighty gorgeous & saving the world numerous times from terrorists in Die Hard - love those films!! How does Bruce getter hotter with age???

Anyhow I am here with a card made with the super cute Mermaid Tilda. I've used card stock from paper mill, My Minds Eye papers, scalloped & plain nesties, Tilda has been colored with pro markers & star dust stickles greeting was printed from PC & ribbon from my stash!

I'm entering this card into the Just Magnolia Challenge for Sentiments. As I love it "Have a FIN-Tastic Birthday" ha ha sooo funny!!

I'm off to see if I can come up with anything else.....I may be back later on TTFN x x x

I'm off to watch the football - on mute I might add cant stand them flipping horns!! I MUST also make a very speacil card for a lady I work with it's her birthday this week she's 60, I think I'll use Princess Tilda....what do you think????

OMG Why do my cards all take me......

.... all blinkin' day to do?!?!?!

I started this at about 1pm it's finally finished at 9.15pm!!! But you know what I actually like it (good job isn't it or it'd be 8 odd hours wasted!!!) I took my inspiration from the MEGA talented Janiel, I dream about making cards 1/2 as good as hers!!!

My card stock is from the Paper Mill, paper is Papermania Henbury Lane, Magnolia stamps Butterfly Background & Sitting Tilda with Tulips, Papaermania greeting, plaian & scalloped circle nesties, ribbon from my stash, butterfly charm from the works, Nellie branch punch & flowers from my stash too!! Oh & it goes without saying I have Diamond stickles on my card too!!!

As I've used 2 images on my card I'm entering it into the Just Magnolia challenge as their theme this week it takes 2, 2 Magnolia's MUST be used!!

I'm off to catch the end of the end of Marco's Kitchen Burnout.... not as good as Goron but there's nowt else on lol, hmmmm maybe time for anotehr Frasier-a-thon!!! See you tomorrow!! xxx

Ballerina Tilda my new Fave!!!

Well I've been keeping Mr Postie busy and yesterday he brought me some goodies - my new Fairytale Magnolia's!!!! When I first saw them the 1 I knew I HAD to have was ballerina Tilda & thats why I inked her up 1st!

Now I know I honestly do say this all the time but right now.....ballerina Tilda is my FAVE!! As the Just Magnolia Challenge this week is anything goes I'm entering this card into their challenge.

My card stock is from paper mill, paper forever friends & Magnolia, ribbon from my stash, Martha Stewart Doily Lace punch, lots & lots of Diamond Stickles, Dovecraft greeting stamp, plain * scalloped oval nesties, & Tilda has been colored with Pro Markers.

Once again it has taken me ALL DAY to make his card, I do have 2 excuses tho, 1 I went to the Pos Office, in Newcastle our Post Office is in WH Smith's soooo annoying as its so busy so I went, stood 1/2 an hour in the queue was next to be served & the fire alarms went off & we had to leave well that was it I was in a strop, I wasn't going back. And 2 I've got a headache!! But anyway enough moaning from me here is my Just Magnolia Fold it card, Ive made a bookmark card!!!

I've been meaning to make one of these for ages, the bookmark bit is perfirated so it can be ripped from the card & used!

How are you all today, I hope you are well, I am as today is my day off wooooo!

Well as today is Wednesday(It is isn't it lol) its another challenge on Creative Inspirations and what a FAB challenge this week, it is a color combo & the gorgeous color of pink & cream. I have also made this card for the Just Magnolia Hearts & Flowers theme this week. And the sketch followed is from Mojo Monday.

Card stock is from Paper Mill, Forever Friends paper from the All Loved Up pack, Tilda with ket colored with Pro Markers, Papermania greeting stamp, plain & scalloped circle nesties, card stock is embossed with Cuttlebug Swiss Dots & Martha Stewart Valentine Lace punch.

Im going to have a very lazy day today as I feel so tired going to chill out, watch The Vampire Diaries from last night & punch EVERYTHING with my NEW Martha Stewar punch lol xxx

My day off & guess what...?

I woke up with the worlds WORST headache, so I have taken some very strong tablets & I finally feel human again :)

I was sooo looking forward to today, I feel like I havent made anything in such a long time & I was lucky enough to win my very first blog candy, it arrived on Saturday & I wanted to play, it was the Miss Anya Rain, Snow & Sun set I won from Caz & not only was it the first candy I've won but my first Miss Anya's!! Now I feel better might get to play with them.

Anyway I have managed to make this card today & woooo it fits into a few challenges & there are:

how are you all today? Well today is the second day I've woken up & been warm so at least the heating is working now - phew! Just got to get rid of this cold now, fingers crossed!

So, there's a new challenge on Just Magnolia and it's a FAB one it's Chistmas, now I started making this for my mam's birthday card but got swept up in the christmas swing of things lol!

I LOVE all of the Magnolia's these new Christmas Collection are my faves, funny how I say that EVERY time they release stamps lol!!

For my card I've used card stock from paper mill, Magnolia & forever friends DP, plain & scalloped square nesties, Magnolia Tilda with roses stamped in memento & colored with pro markers, stickles glitter, charm from The Works, ribbon from my stash.

Tilda by the Fireplace

Evening All,

Well woooooo hoooooo I FINALLY have heat - thank goodness for that, as because I've had no heating I am now FULL of cold!!

Well I've spnt nearlly ALL day making this card to fit into the Papertake Weekly sketch challenge, only to finish it then realise the challenge had changed yesterday - oops! This card is for my Mam & Dad though so it does fit into the Just Magnolia Someone Special Challenge.

So anyway here it is, Ive used card stock from the paper mill, DP from Forever Friends & Magnolia, Magnolia Tilda unwrapping presents & fireplace bot stamped in memento & colored with Pro Markers, plain & scalloped square nesties & hero arts "merry & bright" stamp.

I think as I now have heating, I MAY sleep on the floor infront of it - lol see you all tomorrow! x x

My New Tilda's oooooooooh

how are you all tonight? I hope you are all well.

It's been my day off today and I waited in all morning 'cos I had a sneaky suspision that my new Christmas Tilda's were on their way, well just when I couldn't wait any longer, I popped out to get me some dinner from Greggs and when I got te the front door who was there but the postie with a parcel full of Tilda's :D

So guess what I've been doing all day????

Honest I've had a great day I've stamped LOADS of these gorgeous girlies so I have something to color tomorro night whilst I am watching the phenemon that is JEDWARD!

Just watched the Peter Kay special so Im off to get my Peter Kay DVD's out as it has put me in the mood to watch him some more.

For my glitzy card I have followed the sketch on Just Magnolia, and in the pic it looks like Tilda has a nose but its just a stray bit of glitter - LOL!

A few challenges together...

Good Afternoon peeps how are we all today?

I have managed to make a card which its into 3, yes 3 challenges, I haven't really entered many challengs recently & I've missed them so hopefully I'm back into th swing of things with this card.

I managed to fit into Just Magnolia, Friday Sketchers & ABC.

Just Magnolia challenge was handmade flowers, I followed the Sketch on Friday Sketchers & on ABC the letter this week is E which = Embossing.

My card blank is from my stash, card stock from paper mill, ribbon from my stash, Dovecraft Dec 25th stamp, Magnolia Tilda with bell colored with pro markers, cuttlebug snowflakes mbossing folder & plain & scalloped circle nesties.

I am getting right into Christmas cards so maybe I should stick a Christmas DVD on to help get me in the mood!!! x x

Just Magnolia Challenge Ribbons & Bows

Good Afternoon & Happy Bank Holiday Monday Peeps!

OMG The next holiday here will be the bi, magical special one CHRISTMAS!!! Well not for me the next holiday will be my girlie holiday next week to Malia ha ha :D

Anyway I've had a right bad head today, took some tablets, was feeling really sick but managed to eat a slice of pizza and fell a kip on the sofa woke up feeling a bit better, so I inked up my new Magnolia Ice Cream which I bought from Sir Stampalot doesn't it look good enough to eat - mmmmmmm delish!!! I've also used my new paper from My Minds Eye & I made the flower after watching a vid on Rach's blog, I dont have the same punches I only have the X-Cut ones which are smaller but I think it's worked out ok.

Anyway as the theme on Just Magnolia blog is ribbons & bows & this card has both of them I am entering it into the challenge there this week :D

well I am still trying to make cards, and I have actually been trying to make a card for the Just Magnolia sketch Challenge since Friday as I think it is a great sketch! For some reason I haven't been able to manage it until today.

Just Magnolia Challenge # 11

Over on the Just Magnolia Challenge blog Bev has come up with a FAB sketch. Whilst looking at the DT Cards I saw Mina had used the GORGEOUS Magnolia Santa so I thought oohhhh I'm coming to use him too, so I did lol!

This also fits in really well with the Stamp Something challenge of Emblish Somethings, where you must use 3 emblishments, and as I've used 3 snowflakes my card fis in woooo!

Summer's here........

...............well not right now, I'm thinking I may need to put the light on its that dark outside! But to make us feel better my friend is in Majorca and its raining there too so woooooooooo!!

I have made this card for 2 challenges the ABC where S stands for Summer & on Just Magnolia they have the same fabby theme of Summer. I am totally unhappy with where I have stamped the greeting but as I did it last I can't really complain as it steamed to be the only place it would fit - lol!
