Creative Inspiraions Christmas Decoraions NO CARDS!

Morning All!
How are we all?? Well the world has nearly come to a stand still here in Newcastle, for as long as I can remember we've been COVERED with snow!!! Yes it does look pretty but after nearly slipping 6 times a day & ALL the buses have been of after 7pm since Saturday as it's too bad to drive in it gets a bit boring - but fun at work.......I went in on Monday I started at 4pm, bus was late so got there at 4.20pm..........checked the buses website at 4.30pm & shop was closed at 6pm I was supposed to be there 'til 10pm soooooooooo woooooooooooo BUT I had to stand in the cold & wet or an hour to sit at work for an hour FOR NOTHING!!! Lol

Well thats my moan over with...........Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo it's Wednesday & my day off but that also means a new FAB challenge at Creative Inspirations!

This week we have the theme of Christmas Decorations NO Cards Allowed!! I struggled on this challenge I think he snow has taken my mojo But I was in the £ shop & saw these mega cute mini Candy Canes & thought "Awwwwwww I MUST Have these" I have another idea for a couple so "Ssssssshhhhhh" it's a secret!!!

For my DT inspiration I made a Candy Cane holder - as the cany canes are so weee they might get lost, so I thought it would be good to have a holder for them, I used my nesties & Magnolia Candy Cane stamp, colored with pro markers & clear 99p Merry Christmas Stamp! I'm dreaming of a PINK Christmas!

Wooooooooooooooo hello Wednesday! How are we all today? I'm feeling good & a wee bit excited as I'm off to see Jedward tomorrow night!!! LOL I know why on earth am I doing tat but I think they are FUN!

Anyhow......before you all jump off my blog I'm here with my DT card for this weeks FABALOUS challenge at Creative Inspirations, this week we have a theme & I think you're all going to LOVE it as it is PINK Christmas!!!

For my card I used christmas pink papers from Dovecraft, x-cut & Cuttlebug snowflake dies, LOADS of stardust stickles & of course a SUPER cute Magnolia Tilda colored in Pro Markers!

Quick Christmas Cards

Morning Peeps! How are we all today?? I am feeling way better today woooooo hooooooo finally feeling more human again!

I wanted to share with you some SUPER quick cards I made this morning. I always struggle to mak cards for my work mates as there's so blinking many of them it would take me a year if I took my normal length of time on them!! Lol

For my first card I've used the Magnolia Candy Cane - I knew as soon as I saw it it would look fab just colored in & on a card in it's own right! I LOVE Candy canes, I have some for my tree, I saw them last year & didn't buy them it took me about 3 weeks to remember where I saw them & had to rush back to buy them they are FAB & glittery!! I've used swiss dots embossing folder to emboss the white card & the greeting is from the Wavy Winter Wishes Set.

My next card is Sitting Angel Tilda - isn't she super cute??? White card has been embossed with cuttlebug snowflakes & swiss dots embossing folder, circles are cut using nestabilities dies & Tila has been colored with Pro Markers. I LOVE how her tights look like candy canes!!! Lol

My last card is a super duper cute High Hopes Santa, this images was sent to me by my FAB blog buddy Corinne. The foil Christmas paper is by papermania & te greeting is from those great little 99p sets!

These are all - but not bad for a mornings work eh??? I'll try & make some more & pop back to share them with you soon! X x X

NEW Christmas Tilda's....

.....are starting to drop through my door & I love it!!
I had an idea to use this Tilda but I'm saving it for later on!

For this card I've used a 6x6 card blank, card from paper mill, paper by Dovecraft, X-Cut punch to punch snowflakes, Martha Stewart doily lace edge punch, ribbon from my stash, oval plain & scalloped nesies, white card as been embossed with snowflakes, Tilda has been colored wih pro markers & LOADS of Stardust stickles - EVERYWHERE!!!

I'm entering this card into the following challenges:

Glittery Christmas

Helloooo Everyone!

I am here with my new DT Card for Making it with Meslyn, Carolyn has sent us gorgeous goodies & set us a theme of glittery Christmas......you can find all the paper, card blanks & glitter card & chipboad shapes from here, I used a Martha Stewart simple scallop punch & Magnolia Santa. I have colored santa with pro markers & used loads of glitter!!

Magnolia Christmas Scene...DT Card Creative Inspirations

Good Morning!

A new Wednesday is here with us today....I am up & getting ready for work booooo but not too bad as I am off tomorrow woooo!!

I am here today with my DT card for Creative Inspirations, this weeks challenge is to use 2 or more stamped images, & what was more perfect than masking! I stamped Tilda first then the window & then the scenery, it's all been colored with pro markers & glitter with diamond stickles. My paper is BO Bunny ( I love this paper!!) ribbon is from my stash, charm from the works & Dec 25th Stamp by dovecraft stamped in memento & cut with plain & scalloped nesties.

My card also fits into the ABC D = Distressing challenge & also the All that Scraps Magnolia Scene challenge

Making it With Meslyn....

OMG I can't believe it's 08.32 & I am up & awake & I don't start work 'til 1pm! It's not raining so thats a bonus start to the day but I suppose there's still time LOL

My card to share with you today is for the challenge at Making it with Meslyn....it was my choice of a theme this time & I'm finally starting to think about my Christmas cards so I thought this would give me a boost! My theme is Christmas!

For my card I have used a card blank from my stash, paper by Bo Bunny (isn't it gorgeous!!), The winter forest & little Edwin are both stamps by Magnolia, they have both been colored with Pro Markers. Edwin is mine & my new blogging/email buddy Corinne sent me the Winter's Forest image. THe greeting is a little clear Dovecraft stamp which I bought from the Paper Mill for 99p! There was about 5 on a sheet bargain eh?!?! I stamped in Memento & cut out using plain & scalloped nesties on my Cuttlebug.

Now I don't often say this but I like my little Edwin card as I think he's perfect for a male Christmas card - what do you think??? I hope you will all pop over to our blog & join in with us as this theme is so open anything Christmassy will fit right in, see you over here!!!

how are you all today? Well today is the second day I've woken up & been warm so at least the heating is working now - phew! Just got to get rid of this cold now, fingers crossed!

So, there's a new challenge on Just Magnolia and it's a FAB one it's Chistmas, now I started making this for my mam's birthday card but got swept up in the christmas swing of things lol!

I LOVE all of the Magnolia's these new Christmas Collection are my faves, funny how I say that EVERY time they release stamps lol!!

For my card I've used card stock from paper mill, Magnolia & forever friends DP, plain & scalloped square nesties, Magnolia Tilda with roses stamped in memento & colored with pro markers, stickles glitter, charm from The Works, ribbon from my stash.

Creative Inspiraions - Non Traditional Christmas Colors

Good Morning All,

as it's Wednesday we have another FAB challenge over on Creative Inspiraions, this week our theme is Non Traditional Christmas Colors.

For my DT card I have used card sock from the paper mill, basic grey eskimo kisses DP, ribbon from my stash, Dovecraft greeting stamp & Magnolia Tilda with Fir Tree, which has ben stamped in memento & colored with pro markers. The inside has ben decorated, with the same papers & image.

I LOVE using pastel colors for Christmas, as it doesn't really feel like Christmas so you don't get that "Oh no not another Christmas card" feeling!!

I'm off to try & get warm as the heating is STILL not working, the man cam yesterday & changed the broken switch, but it's still not working so they are coming back today, wonder what time???

Whilst I'm waiting I'm going to make some more Christmas cards, I hope to see you all over at Creative Inspirations to join in with our Challenge & to see the other STUNNING creations by my DT buddies!!

Tilda - Naughty or Nice...

Afternoon All!

I hope you are all well, I'm ok I'm jus FREEZING as the heating is on the fritz again but fear not the man is coming to fix it tomorrow - wooooo!

I have been busy crafting in my room as I NEED to get a move on as I hardly have any cards ready to send out - oops!!

I have made this to fit ino the Creative Card Crew challenge of Christmas, I had planned on the Cupcake challeng too but oops I missed that as a new one was posted today, silly me!!

Card stock is from the paper mill, paper by K&Co and papermania, cuddly buddy naughty or nice stamp, plain & scalloped circel nesties, Magnolia Tilda unwrapping presents stamped in memento & colored with pro markers.

I'm going to see if I can get anymore cards made today but if I dont no worry as I have to stay in ALL day tomorrow & wait for he man anyway - woooooooooo!

Creative Inspirations- Card & Gift Tag

How are you all today?? Hope you've had a good day, I've been at work & we went Christmas tree shopping, we got a 7ft tree from Argos for £16.66 - should've known i would be minus a few branches - we'll just cover it in tinsel it'll be ok, won't it???

As it's Wednesday today that mans one hing a FABBY new challenge on Creative Inspirations this week's challenge is to make a card & git tag. There is also a MEGA prize on offer this week a $20 shopping spree from Simon Says - I know WOW!!!

For my card I used card stock from the paper mill, paper from Magnolia, Magnolia Tilda with Mistletoe stamped in memento & colered with pro markers, dovecraft "tis the season" stamp & plain & scalloped circle nesties. For the Tag I used he same card stock & plain & scalloped circle nesties with Tilda stamped & colored th same as the card, I used another dovcraft stamp "comfort & Joy" & ribbon from my stash to finish the tag!

It's my Mam's birthday soon & I may use his card, even tho her birhday is near to Christmas I NEVER make a Chrismassy birthday card & I like the idea of that so maybe I will - LOL I followed the sketch on the Just Magnolia blog for this card too!

I'm watching the soaps & then my fave TV show is on True Blood - have you seen it??? I was shocked after the first 10 minutes in episode 1 but then I LOVED IT lol!!!

how are you all tonight? I hope you are all well.

It's been my day off today and I waited in all morning 'cos I had a sneaky suspision that my new Christmas Tilda's were on their way, well just when I couldn't wait any longer, I popped out to get me some dinner from Greggs and when I got te the front door who was there but the postie with a parcel full of Tilda's :D

So guess what I've been doing all day????

Honest I've had a great day I've stamped LOADS of these gorgeous girlies so I have something to color tomorro night whilst I am watching the phenemon that is JEDWARD!

Just watched the Peter Kay special so Im off to get my Peter Kay DVD's out as it has put me in the mood to watch him some more.

For my glitzy card I have followed the sketch on Just Magnolia, and in the pic it looks like Tilda has a nose but its just a stray bit of glitter - LOL!

Christmas Card & Gift

Evening All, I've been quiet today as I went into the Metro Centre & upgraded my phone so have been playing with that, well I say playing I've been adding numbers from my old one into my new one so not much fun lol!

Anyway I am here with todays & yesterday creations, I made the card yesterday, I got my inspirations from Bev's Blog & deceided it would be nice to make a wee gift to go with the card, I bought 3 small candles from £land, so onto 1 of those I have decorated it with the same image that is on the card. The box took me all last night & then an hour or 2 this morning aswell. I made it by cutting out square nesties & sticking them together lol!

Good Morning Peeps!

Well holiday countdown is well & truly on it's way now as I only have 3 more sleeps!

Off to work at 11am - bit gutted as I don't finish until 7pm & will miss the X-Factor :( MUST remember to set the timer!

Anyway I am still in a Christmassy mood so I inked up good old Rodney Reindeer, I was feeling in a mood that I HAD to use something other than a Magnolia - I don't know why apart from the fact that I'm sure I must bore you all ridged with my consent Maggies - lol! Anyhow on this card the card stock is from papermill, paper from DCWV, Reindeer inked in Memento & colored with pro markers & ribbon from my stash.

I colored Rodders in Sandstone Pro Marker & I wasn't too sure if he was too dark at first but now I LOVE the color of him!!!

Off to watch a wee Columbo before I go to work - see you all on my return! TTFN x x
