Tilda in the Ice & Snow

Good Morning All

How are we all today? It's flippin' freezing here in Newcastle I'm pleased I'm at work.......I can turn the heating up FULL Blast!

I'm sharing a card with you today which I have made for the ABC Challenge, which is I is for Ice & Snow appropriate eh?!?!?!? I have used Basic Grey Eskimo Kisses paper, card stock from paper mill, Magnolia Angel Tilda & Tree & snowflakes stamp, colord with pro markers, x-cut snowflake punch & stardust stickles EVERYWHERE LOL This card also fits into the Just Magnolia anything goes with SPARKLE!

I'm getting pushed for time on making cards for th people I work with so when I saw this on Lisa's blog I thought "Ooooooooooh what a FAB Idea" & a perfect little gift for my work mates. I used card stock from the paper mill, labels 1 & circle nesties, Whipper Snapper Reindeer stamp colored with pro markers & the "noses" are red m&m's!

For the managers I thought of something more appropriate - Reindeer Pooooo!
This has been made with chocolate, cornflakes & mini-marshmallows! So the name does not sound so but it tastes delish'!!
I've made 10, only another 13 to go!!! ARGH

Well I'm off to work......fingers crossd I get there in one piece & can get back as all the buses have been going off early due to icy roads! TTFN x x x

I'm dreaming of a PINK Christmas!

Wooooooooooooooo hello Wednesday! How are we all today? I'm feeling good & a wee bit excited as I'm off to see Jedward tomorrow night!!! LOL I know why on earth am I doing tat but I think they are FUN!

Anyhow......before you all jump off my blog I'm here with my DT card for this weeks FABALOUS challenge at Creative Inspirations, this week we have a theme & I think you're all going to LOVE it as it is PINK Christmas!!!

For my card I used christmas pink papers from Dovecraft, x-cut & Cuttlebug snowflake dies, LOADS of stardust stickles & of course a SUPER cute Magnolia Tilda colored in Pro Markers!

NEW Christmas Tilda's....

.....are starting to drop through my door & I love it!!
I had an idea to use this Tilda but I'm saving it for later on!

For this card I've used a 6x6 card blank, card from paper mill, paper by Dovecraft, X-Cut punch to punch snowflakes, Martha Stewart doily lace edge punch, ribbon from my stash, oval plain & scalloped nesies, white card as been embossed with snowflakes, Tilda has been colored wih pro markers & LOADS of Stardust stickles - EVERYWHERE!!!

I'm entering this card into the following challenges:

Sneaky Tilda.....I think she needs a new name!!

Evening All!

I am here tonight with a new card, made with my new favourite stamp, yes I'm saying that again lol this is Sneaky Tilda but honest I don't think she looks sneaky at all, she looks too darn cute if you ask me!!

For my card I have used Dovecraft Christmas Fancy paper which is delicious sweet pastel colors, Sneaky Tilda was colored with pro markers & MEGA loads of stardust stickles, ovals cut with nesties on my cuttlebug, x-cut snowflake punch with papermania jewel centres & dovecraft greeting stamped with stazon.

I am totally loving this Tilda she is definetly my next purchase as I don't own her yet I was just sent some images of her....

I'm off to get excitied for tonights Double Eviction on X-Factor deffo cant be Wagner that goes he was excellent last night....incase you missed him, or just wanna see it again, here he is:

Sorry You're Leaving...

...Jemma 'cos I'm gonna miss you! Booo Hoooo I'm sad in this blog post today as I have been making a card for my work mate Jemma, she has left to go to a new job so whilst I am happy she is moing onto bigger & better thigns I will miss her. So I have made this card for her. I took my inspiration from Jane as soon as I saw her Just Magnolia DT card this week I knew thats what I wanted to make a card like for Jemma.

My card stock is from the paper mill, paper is Summer Bloom by Papermania, Magnolia Farewell Tilda has been colored with pro markers & some star dust stickles has been added to her dress & hanky, greeting was printed from my PC & embossed with swiss dots cuttlebug embossing folder & x-cut distressing tool to distress all edges.

I'm having a stressful Sunday I woke very early went to put a washer full on to wash & the blinkin' thing wouldn't work.....so what did I do then what any girl would do who lives on her own, I called my Daddy!!! He talked me through a few things none of which worked so Mam & Dad said they'd come washer shopping with me, before we did I thought "Oooh try it once more" & thats when the blinking thing sprang to life!!!!! No idea what was wrong but at least I dont have to fork out on a new one (I can save for the NEC in Nov) & I don't have to hand wash!!!! Now I'm relaxing got my Sunday dinner cooking & I'm off to look for a DVD to watch as the TV is pants right now.....wish X Factor was on Saturday & Sunday!! LOL See you soon x x x

Creative Inspirations Blue/Green & Brown

How are we all?? Hope you're all wide awake on this lovely Sunny Morning, I'm watching the hilarious Coach Trip & can feel a bad headache coming on so undeceided about how today will be!

Anyway as it's Wednesday here we are with a NEW & FAB Challenge at Creative Inspirations, and here is my DT Card for the Blue/Green & Brown Challenge. As soon as I saw the thme I knew I was going to use this gorgeous Maggie....I love these new stamps & I hear there is more out soon I cant wait to see them!!!! My card also fits into the NEW & FAB Sir Stampalot Challenge theme of Fantasy

For the inside I've used more of the delish DP & nesties, a few weeks ago in Hobbycraft I saw this 'lil cute frog & I knew he would go with Fairytale Tilda & he does look super cute!!

Pro Markers used Tilda skin ivory & dusky pink, dress satin & pastel blue, frog pear green, crown gol, tildas hair cinnamon & cocoa, roses in hari cool aqua, pastel blue leaves meadow & leaf green.

I went to the Post Office to send some goodies to some people (they know who they are!!! So watch out for them), I came back did some blog hopping & came across Vicky's Blog & saw her AMAZING card, I knew I wanted to make something similar so here is my attempt...

I normally add what markers I've used but I can't remember as I colored these at about 12.30 lol!!!! Hope you're all well & having fun, I'm gutted I went to buy New Moon today & it was £14 in HMV & WH Smiths - so I'm waiting until I go to work tomorro only £8 in Asda :D

My 2 cards for today .... yes I've made 2!!

For my first card I'm showing you it's another easel card - gosh I do love these!!!! I WILL have a go at something else soon I promise!!!!

But for now - my fave easel cards!!!.
For Tilda's Lilac's I've used Flowersoft, I've also made 2 lil lilac's & put them underneath the bow, the close up pic shows them better, now I was blog-hopping last night & got the idea from there but I can't remeber who's blog so if it was yours - Thanks!!!

Pro markers used Tilda: skin ivory & dusky pink, hair vanilla primrose & stanstone, dress & socks lilac, shoes cinnamon, basket standstone, ribbon amethyst, leaves meadow green

For my second card I made it only cos I wanted to, as I had a new Tilda & new Pro Markers

I used card stock from the paper mill, paper by My Mind's Eye Bloom & Grow, Martha Stewart doily lace edge punch, ribbon from my stash, Martha Stewart branch punch, X-cut punch to make the flowers & making memories brad in the centre.

Wooooo look what the sun has inspired...

The sun is out & is making me feel all springy!!! And as it's all sun-shiny I have been workin on this card, I LOVE the magnolia butterfly background I think it makes such gorgeous secenes!! I wasn't too keen on Dragonfly Tilda but I 've used her quite a bit over the last week and now I adore her!!

OMG It's taken me since the 3rd of March to finish this card...

... is that a world record???? LOL

I started on the 3rd, I stamped & colored the background & Tilda & added litter then disaster struck I dropped Tilda & all the glitter came off :( so I re-stamped & coloered Tilda & glittered her wings & left her to dry, then everyday I've gotten her out but couldn't think of a way to put the card together, until today when it came together like this!!!

The card stock is from the Paper Mill, paper DCWV, Nesties label 4, Butterfly Background & Tilda by Magnolia stamped in Memento & colored with Pro Markers, X-Cut flower punch, Nellie Snellen branch punch, Dovecraft greetings, plain & scalloped circle nesties & oodles of diamond stickles!!!

I REALLY like the way this card has turned out (even if I do say so myself!!!)

I may even struggle to give her away, acutally I don't know anyone with a birthday soon so phew she can stay for a while!!!

Right now I've learnt how to make these there's no stopping me!!

Even tho it has taken me ALL Night to do this, well from 22.45 I got obsessed with ordering the QVC TSV & Now I'm watching The American Apprentice so it's my own fault I got distracted lol!

What an awful grey & wet day it is here in Newcastle, I also am feeling a little sorry for myself as I am getting a cold and can't stop sneezing!

I have 4 days off work - I know how good is that! So I've deceided to crack on with some Christmas cards.

I bought this teal colored card & didnt really know why except that I really liked it, and I'm pleased I did know as it looks good with the purple!

Just Magnolia Challenge Ribbons & Bows

Good Afternoon & Happy Bank Holiday Monday Peeps!

OMG The next holiday here will be the bi, magical special one CHRISTMAS!!! Well not for me the next holiday will be my girlie holiday next week to Malia ha ha :D

Anyway I've had a right bad head today, took some tablets, was feeling really sick but managed to eat a slice of pizza and fell a kip on the sofa woke up feeling a bit better, so I inked up my new Magnolia Ice Cream which I bought from Sir Stampalot doesn't it look good enough to eat - mmmmmmm delish!!! I've also used my new paper from My Minds Eye & I made the flower after watching a vid on Rach's blog, I dont have the same punches I only have the X-Cut ones which are smaller but I think it's worked out ok.

Anyway as the theme on Just Magnolia blog is ribbons & bows & this card has both of them I am entering it into the challenge there this week :D
