Creative Inspirations Brown Bag

Good Morning!

I can't believe that's it over, that I've had 4 days off and I have to go back to work. I HATE having cold as you never get to do anything but sneeze!

I am working 9am-9pm today so I thought I would post my DT entry for Creative Inspirations nice and early! I've also made this to fit in with the Winter Wonderland challenge.

Our theme this week is to decorate a brown bag, now I nearly had trouble when my bag nearly didn't turn up but phew just in the knick of time it was in someone elses mailbox!

I went for a Christmassy theme as I thought it would be nice to give someone a lil Christmas treat of a box of candy canes & this 'lil Tilda would be ideal!

Card stock from paper mill, paper K&Co, ribbon from my stash, Magnolia Tilda colored with Pro Markers & Martha Stewart doily lace border Punch.

Allsorts & Winter Wonderland

Wello Hello Everyone

What an awful grey & wet day it is here in Newcastle, I also am feeling a little sorry for myself as I am getting a cold and can't stop sneezing!

I have 4 days off work - I know how good is that! So I've deceided to crack on with some Christmas cards.

This card has been made for the Allsorts Challenge of Furry Friends & Winter Wonderland of Christmas Stockings.

Card stock from paper mill, paper DCWV, Penny Black Sneak a Peek image stamped in memeto & colored with Pro Markers, scalloped & plain square nesties, cuttlebug snowflakes embossing folder, X-Cut snowflake punch & dovecraft christmas greeting.

I bought this teal colored card & didnt really know why except that I really liked it, and I'm pleased I did know as it looks good with the purple!

I'm having a day with Buffy DVD's ready for the X Factor tonight! See you all soon!

Hot Chocolate - Winter Wonderland

Good Morning Everyone!

I hope you are all well on this Thursday Morning. I have another day off today so I am going to try & get cracking on an order of Christmas Cards that I have to do.

But for now I am here with a card for the "Hot Chocolate" challenge on Winter Wonderland.

Card blank from my stash, card stock papermania, paper DCWV, image sent from a friend & colored with Pro Markers, greeting printed from PC & cardstock embossed with Cuttlebug Snowflakes embossing folder.

Now I know how shocked you must be, as for 2 days in a row I have a card with no Tilda & I think I'm getting into it now but I have the makings of a card on my desk & phew it's a Tilda - lol!!

Off to get Christmassy making cards & ooooh maybe have a hot chocolate & watch Columbo, I LOVE days off don't you??? x x

I LOVED making this card as the sun blazed through my window ha ha weird isn't it the weather on Thursday had me wanting to watch Santa Claus the movie as it was so dark & miserable & today the weather is glorious and Im sat in making Christmas cards lol

I've just remembered Columbo was on this afternoon & I missed it so I am off to hunt out a Columbo DVD & I'm gonna watch that while I fit in another load of challenges (well hopefully) TTFN x X x

Winter Wonderland & Sunday Sketch & Stamp

Good Morning All!!! another day o for me so I am cracking on with making cards - and having fun as I am listening to some of my old faves on itunes!

This card I have used the themes from the fab Winter Wonderland blog & the sketch from Sunday Sketch & Stamp. Card blank is craft tonic, papers are Forever Friends, Max & Snowman image stampe din Memento & colored with pro markers & stickles, Hero Arts Let it snow sentiment, 3 small snowflakes punched Dovecraft punch an covered with stickles - maybe I went a bit OTT with the glitter but who cares its Christmas after all - lol!!

Walking in a Winter Wonderland

Whilst blog hopping earlier I found a FAB blog called Winter Wonderland their theme is Let it Snow so I thought I would join in with this card I have made today.

The card blank is craft tonic, blue card stock from the paper mill, spotty & stripey paper is DCWV, Oval plain & scalloped nesties, Skating Princess tilda stamped in memento & colored with pro markers & stickles, Dovecraft winter wonderland stamp & bottom of blue card has been embossed with Cuttlebug Swiss dots embossing folder.

I love making Christmas cards in the middle of June as you can make them & enjoy making them as sometimes nearer Christmas it feels like a chore, so I think I am going to join in with challenge more..... :D
