Scruffy Little Kitten

Morning All!
How are we all today?  It looks lovely and sunny here in Newcastle today :)
I went out for a long bike ride yesterday - yes a bike ride! I have taken up cycling to try and get myself fitter - I have been at it 2 weeks and I did just under 10 miles yesterday. I feel super proud as I never thought I would go so far so soon!!  Anyways today I am having a wander round town.  I am off on a 2 night Cruise in May so I need a new party frock! Best get looking as it takes me ages to decide what I want!! LOL

I am here today to share a card I have made with the gorgeous Scruffy Little Kitten CD ROM.
I made an 8x8 card blank. I used Core'dinations card stock.  I printed the butterfly and gingham paper from the  CD ROM along with the sentiment and the topper companion.  I went round the edges of the image, sentiment and the patterned paper with milled lavender distress ink.  I added a die cut border and some ribbon.  I also added a die cut doily which I also went over with distress ink.  I colored the Kitten's hair with Spectrum Noir markers in TN's & EB's.  I then used the IG's to give some shading under her feet. I went over the roses in her hair and her dress with Clear Spectrum Sparkle. I die cut some butterflies from Core'dinations and then added some lilac jewels.

I would love to enter my card into the following challenges:
Cute Card Thursday - Handmade Embellishments
Allsorts Challenge - Ribbon and Roses

I am off to watch Maury and get ready for my shopping trip!
See you all soon!!! x x x
