Happy April

Hey Peeps!

Happy April to y'all I hope no-one played any nasty tricks on you!! The 2 people I wanted to trick have both gone on holiday so no pranks for me this year!!

 

I am here today with my NEW challenge card for the Crafter's Companion monthly challenge - there is a change this month it's moved from the blog to Facebook, which makes it easier for non-bloggers to join in & get a chance to win!! :)  You can find the challenge HERE.

 

This months theme is floral.

For my card I have used Core'dinations card stock, I printed the flower & swirl designs from the A-May-Zing floral CD ROM onto centura pearl card, I made the border with Die'sire lace border die.  I stamped the Flower from the Stamp it Australia Floral Fancies set & colored with Spectrum Noirs - then I sprayed the image with diamond pearl spray & sparkle, just to match the centura pearl!  I used the dahlia Die'sire quilling flower & embellished with ribbon & jewels from my stash!  The Sentiment is stamped from the Sentimentals Friends & Family stamp set.

 

I also made this card from my friends Granny for Mothers Day - she loved it as did my own mother when she saw it & said why didn't I get that one?!?!?! Never pleased some people are they Ha ha
