Get Well Soon

Hey Peeps!

How are we all today?  I am good I am on a weeks holiday - which as been AWESOME already.

I went down to Newton Aycliffe on Monday for a sneak peak at the NEW Crafter's Companion store!! WOW - if you get to go you're going to love it.  I was totally reserved on my spending but in my head I'd spend about £1000!!!

I am now getting MEGA excited as I go away tomorrow!!! I am off to Southampton, to board the 1 and only Harmony of the Seas on Friday!!! ARGH (I bet you can hear me scream from here!!) I was so lucky to win a MEGA competition in January and part of my prize was to board the Harmony and experience the Ultimate Abyss - yes the 100 ft slide!!! Ha ha I'm guessing I'm going down it 1st thing Friday morning - so at least I can relax after that and then enjoy a few hundred cocktails to make sure my nerves have recovered!! LOL

Anyways I've been MIA I am so sorry - such a bad blogger!! but I am here today to share a card I have made for 1 of my co-workers as she is off poorly - awwwwww! I hope this cheers her up!

I have used centura pearl card along with some pretty lilac Core'dinations.  I have used an embossing folder and the butterfly die from Sara's Signature Butterfly Lullaby collection.  I went over the embossing and the butterfly with milled lavender and dusty concord distress ink.  I added some purple ribbon and then die cut a Die'sire tag and added the Die'sire "Get well Soon" die cut from Core'dinations.  I added some pearls to the corners and to the butterfly centre.

I embossed some more centura pearl with the same embossing folder for the inside.

I am off to meet my Mam now so see you all soon!!!

Hopefully I will survive the slide!!! x x x x
