S.W.A.L.K & Crafters Companion Competition

Wooooo it's me I'm back. I've been missing in blog land for a few days. I've been feeling a little bit rough, sore throat & now I'm sneezing & coughing so "Wooooooooo" I'm getting a cold, perfect just in time for my week off next week! :(

Crafter's Companion have a new gorgeous set of S.W.A.L.K stamps - Sweet Stuff! They are gorgeous & there is also a Hunkydory set too!!! I must say the Hunkydory set is what I have enjoyed working with most of all, it is just gorgeous! So, I am here today with a little card & a step by step of how I have made it!

1st I chose my cute little S.W.A.L.K image. And I colored it in with Spectrum Noir pens. For the skin I used FS2, FS3 & TN2. I would normally add rosy cheeks with FS6 but this time I forgot!

Next I added DG3 in the eyes, and colored the hat bow, hair bows & dress with TB3

I colored her shoes & bag with IG6 & the nice big floppy hat wit IG4. The beads on he bag & round her neck are both TB5.

The flowers on the hat are TB1 & for the hair I have used TN7 & TN8.

I have used 1 of the gorgeous flower shaped cards & cut a piece of the blue & silver flower foiled card.

I then added the image & a "To my friend" sentiment & a beautiful butterfy. These butterflies are in 2 parts the blue & foiled part & an acetate overlay. which I've folded back the wings so they stand proud. Round the edge of the image &over the dress, hat, bag & shoes I have added star dust stickles.
