How are you all today? I hope you are all well. I had a mad day out with Pamela yesterday. We had lunch, went shopping and even managed to catch a showing of Spider man (I am turned, I thought I'd only like Toby Maguire as Spidy but I like Andrew Garfield just as much!) Today I am off to the Olympic football, have I mentioned it before LOL & it's been raining, fingers crossed it doesn't anymore please!
Also as it's Wednesday we have a new challenge at Creative Inspirations, this week our theme is in the garden. Now I have seen a few stepper type scene cards recently so I thought - oh go on why not have a go, especially as the lovely Louise helped me how to make steppers a few weeks back. This card took me ALL, yes all of Sunday to do LOLSo I made the stepper card and onto the step bits I matted & layered green & white card stock. The white card on the bottom has been embossed with flowers & behind the tree has been embossed with clouds. I went into Magnolia overload, stamps used are: Hello Little Butterfly Tilda, Tilda digging, Romantic Window, the clouds are from the rainbow stamp, Magnolia tree, & the birds are from the bird background stamp, also the little ants are Magnolia. Flowers are cut with a punch & pearls from my stash added to the centres. All were stamped in Memento & colored with pro markers. Grass edge & fence are Magnolia Doo Hickey dies, I printed the "For You" and cut into small squares and stuck in the clouds. I finished the card off with some stardust stickles - well I had to didn't I LOL!
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:
Just Magnolia - In the country.
Totally Tilda - Summer Fun.
Thanks for visiting me & remember to pop over to join in our challenge as we have a new sponsor this week who have a FAB prize on offer but also are offering all entrants a discount on shopping - oooooooooooh lovely!! LOL I will be back later's with my Crafter's Companion Monthly Challenge card, so see you all later's - have a great day! xxxxxx
