Humphrey in the snow

OMG how exciting was yesterday watching all the gorgeous little Toread's go flying out from C&C I can't believe there's any left to be fair, but it doesn't look like there will be for much longer LOL!!

 

I have a new card to share today & it's the gorgeous little Humphrey!

I have used the FAB FREE papers from the Crafter's Inspiration magazine, well I used the downloaded papers!  I added a doo hickey die to make a lacey border, red ribbon from my stash.  I colored Humprey with Spectrum Noirs - all apart from the boots & scarf & I used a pro marker.  I don't have all the Spectrum Noir's as of yet & I couldn't find a really "red" red so I went with a trusty old PM!  Snowflake is a sbellbinders diecut which is covered with glitter - you can't really tell but it's super glitzy!

 

I got a special delivery yesterday & I couldn't wait to unpack & get it on my desk....... it's a FAB new pen storage system from Crafter's Companion!

OMG isn't it sooooooo much easier to use?  They do also store other pens just as good but I don't have any round stickers for the end of my Pro Markers so If I out them in the trays I wouldn't know which color was which....so I have my spare trays ready for either when I get round stickers or the rest of the Spectrum Noirs!!  Now don't be too jealous that I have my fabby new pen storage as it will be available really soon, as soon as Monday!!!

 

I am off to watch Sara as she is on with those gorgeous Toread's again & I MUST get ready for work :( I've made Cherry Bakewell Cupcakes but I'm not impressed with them.  The icing is too rich too much vanilla I think & I put ground almonds in the cake but I can't really taste it!! Maybe its just me but fingers crossed I don't posion a customer - ooooh I've just thought we're gonna need a do not eat contains nuts sign!!! Just in case eh?!?!?!?!?! Ohhhhhhhh I MUST check my Euro Millions ticket too as I may not need to go to work - wouldn't that be FABBY!!! Fingers crossed x x x x x
