How are we all this morning? I am feeling very rough today & it isn't even down to drinking! I've been suffering with a cold & I've woken up this morning with a very sore throat, I honestly thought I'd swallowed a razor blade. So I'm off out to buy some OJ - it normally helps so fingers crossed it will this time too.

I'm here o share a new card today which I have made for a special friend. 2 weeks ago I had just got in from shopping & I got a phone call from a girl I work with, Claire. She was telling me that she was leaving our shop as she has a new job. I've worked with Claire for about 6 years & although I'm happy she's moving onto new things I'm very upset she's leaving - it won't be the same without her. She's so funny, 1 of the best times was when she answered the phone & as she could hear someone else in the office relaying our telephone number to a customer she picked up the phone saying "Hello 0845 how can I help" OMG we couldn't do anything but laugh & she had to hang up!!

I've made a bookmark card for Claire. I thought it would be nice to have a little bookmark to take to her new job, to put in her diary to remember us all by. :D

I've made the card blank with centura pearl, gingham & flower paper are printed from SWALK crafting CD Rom, pearl ribbon & jewels from my stash. Border cut with Magnolia Doo Hickey die, border from Hunkydory SWALK kit. Sentiment from the new SWALK sweet stuff stamps. I have colored Tilda with Spectrum Noirs, skin is FS2, FS3, TN2 & FS6. Dress isTB3 & IG2 & boots EB2. I've added LOTS of star dust stickles to Tilda too.

I've decorated the inside of the card to match & added an extra Tilda on the blank side. You can't see the bookmark as when I took the pictures I was still waiting for the Tilda image to dry - glitter on there too! But the bookmark matches, it's gingham covered with the foiled border with the Tilda image & jewels! I do hope Claire likes it. I have 2 wedding cards to make next as 2 people I work with are getting married soon - not too each other I should add. Paul is actually getting married on Saturday, so I NEED to get a move on for that one LOL

I'm off to get ready to nip up to town. I haven't done a BIG shop & I keep running out of things - Oops! Hope you all have great day, when I get in I'll be watching Leann on C&C & IW with the new SWALKS :D See you all later's xxxx
